GHG - Emission Report
Due to changes in building attributes, the calculation method for the carbon footprint in the "GHG - Emission" report (Scope 1, 2, and 3) has been modified. This enhancement streamlines the process of monitoring meters as they can now be assigned to specific scopes. Changes to building attributes automatically change the calculation of the carbon footprint. Until now, it was necessary to manually change in individual counters how the carbon footprint was calculated to match the selected option in the attributes. Now this happens automatically.
These changes encompass three main scenarios: when the entire building is leased, when the entire building is under the owner's control, and when part of the building is owned by the landlord while the rest is leased.
These modifications to building attributes aim to align the application with various real estate management scenarios and ESG data acquisition. Users will now be able to obtain more precise and tailored reports on greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to a better understanding and reduction of the environmental impact of buildings.
