Sending news while creating a new ticket
There has been added new permission in the application to create news directly from the ticket card. The "Send news" button appears only in those tickets in which a tenant has been selected. After clicking on this button, the user is automatically redirected to the news creation page, with a completed complex. It is possible to send multiple news from a single ticket. The modification allows to quickly inform other users assigned to a given tenant about important issues that are also important for them and of which they might not have been informed.
