Removing inspections from the definition level if the only changes were to add observers
It is now possible to remove inspections from the inspection definition as long automatic adding observers in the inspections after the workflow rule is applied is the only change.
Consequently, the user will be able to make changes to the inspection definition, e.g. add new equipment or tasks, which will then be displayed in newly added inspections.
Until now, if there was an active Workflow rule, which automatically added observers to inspections, the user could not delete inspections in the definition. Despite the fact that there was no work done in the inspections.
