Redirecting from the dashboard widgets to automatically filtered tickets list
The dashboard has been extended with the possibility to go directly from selected widgets to filtered ticket lists. By clicking on the values from the chart, e.g. showing the tickets of a selected tenant, you will be redirected to the automatically filtered tickets list, in this case, by the selected tenant. The modification is available for the following widgets: Number of tickets by complex, Tickets quantity – by classification, Tickets quantity – by tenant, Tickets in building quantity, Tickets in complexes quantity, and Tickets by category in complexes. It makes your work even faster without the need to select filters manually.
