Creating tickets and accessing the equipment details in the BIM model
The BIM module, integrated with Singu FM, has been extended with the possibility of adding tickets related to the equipment displayed on the 3D model. Just click on the selected device to see its details or add a ticket with automatically completed basic information about the selected device. This will further speed up the ticket creation process, making it easier to access the necessary equipment information through 3D visualizations in the BIM model.
