Krzysztof Gawliczek took part in the 16th annual of RetailCon in Prague - one of the largest event of business center representatives and retail parks along with representatives of retail brands and network chains. The conference part focused on the situation of Czech and Slovak shopping centres and trends in this emerging market. In addition, the conference discussed the quality of services within facility management. Michaela Klesnarová (Atalian) and Jakub Wolff drew attention to the changing trends in this area. Pavel Klimeš, using the example of the Central Most shopping centre, convinced that even in smaller regions there can perform a profitable shopping centre. Attention was also drawn to the growing role of electric car charging stations within the shopping centres. Tomas Chmelik (ČEZ Esco) and Jindrich Nerad (PRE) talked about their experience in this area. The event gathered over a hundred people: representatives of shopping centres, sales networks, suppliers of solutions and new technologies for retail.
